Following last Saturday’s 7-0 win, The Blues carried on their mission to find the back of the net as often as possible. This started on Tuesday night, when Oxhey Jets were welcomed to The Park. In a game that included a hat-trick from Tommy Wade, the cheers from the fans could be heard from around Hertford. The game finished 4 – 1 and the goal tally for the week went up to 11. The goal scoring trend continued on Saturday against visitors Leighton Town. Including what has to be a contender for goal of the season by Phil Lowen and Brett O’Conner’s first goal for the club, The Blues romped home the 5 – 1 winners. This made it an incredible 16 goals in 3 games for the club. Make sure you don’t miss the next match! Click here for photos, videos and the match stats.

Both EJA teams had matches on Sunday. The U13s travelled away to Romford where there were many goal scoring opportunities. Unfortunately the cross bar and the goal posts proved to be a worthy competitor and the game finished 0 – 0. Well done boys on the hard fought game. The U14s welcomed Cockfosters at home and after being 2 – 0 down at half-time, finished the 3 – 2 winners. Great job boys!! Watch the action below:

Following plenty of overnight rain, the groundsmen were pretty busy getting the pitch ready for Stevenage Ladies who took on Colney Heath Ladies in the County Cup on Sunday. While the weather was cold and wet, the ladies were red hot and won 5 – 0.
