To celebrate our close relationships with our friends in the community, Hertford’s very own prime purveyor of premium pork products, “The Hertford Porker” has created a special recipe banger to be sold by “Shelagh’s Meals” at The Park on matchdays.
The award-winning local company is a regular at Hertford’s popular Farmer’s Market and their free-range, paddock-raised, rare-breed premium sausages are served in some of the area’s finest pubs and restaurants.
