It’s never dull at The Park as those who attended Saturday’s thrilling FA Cup game against Kirkley & Pakefield will surely testify. 2-0 down at half-time and looking like exiting the famous competition at the first hurdle, the gaffa shuffled his pack during the break bringing on the classy Jason Brown for the injured Bradley Fraser. We immediately took back the initiative and looked far more dangerous in the 2nd half. Two late goals from the hard-working Adam Lawton and Hertford Town’s Mr Reliable, Kardan Campbell means we’ll be packing our buckets and spades for a replay on the east coast on Tuesday night.
The club will be hiring a coach for the trip to Suffolk leaving Hertford at 2:45pm on Tuesday for the two and a half hour journey to Lowestoft.
