Another two points dropped against league strugglers Hillingdon Borouogh on Saturday after a drab 1-1 draw in the SSML Premier League for The Blues in a frustrating afternoon for the home fans at The Park. Things looked promising after the visitors ‘keeper was amazingly dismissed early in the 1st half, which the ref swiftly looked to even up, sending defender Charlie Smith to the stands shortly afterwards and awarding ‘Boro a penalty as a result of the rash challenge. MOTM Ini Amaegbe brilliantly saved the pen but ‘Boro hit back almost immediately to take the lead before a dropped catch from the stand-in ‘keeper gifted Leigh Rose (the league’s top scorer) a tight tap-in from a difficult angle for the equaliser. The home side struggled to make chances to test the away goal for the rest of the game but other results in the league made the result look much better in the grand scheme of things.

Next up for The Blues is home to Boreham Wood FC in the Herts FA Senior Cup on Tuesday, 2nd December at 7:45pm.
